Negative: The cleaner was little rude

Positive: The location is excellent. Very easy access to Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, the City, and the Inns of Court. Large and spacious, with comfortable beds for many people. We easily accommodated 5 people and there was room for at least 2 more. Negative: It was far too hot when we first entered which triggered the fire alarm and required scrambling around to find a long enough stick to turn it off. There was no toilet paper or other toiletries other than towels.

a bust Negative: Only hours before our arrival, I received a message from apartment manager that there was no hot water or heat & they couldn't find anyone to repair it on a Sunday, so I had to find another accommodation for the three of us as it was soon nightfall and it was bitter cold outside. I went back on Bookings and found another apartment, much more expensive, but near where we had hoped to locate for our 4 night stay. When I communicated with customer service, I knew I'd get credit for the cancelled stay, but I also was told they would do what they could to get compensation for the difference we had to pay. I have not heard back.
