No hot water and disappointing experience Positive: Good location Negative: We stayed for one night and unfortunately there was no hot water or heating in the apartment, so we were unable to have a shower after a full day out in London. We contacted the host at 8:50am when we discovered the issue and also tried calling, but did not receive a response before checkout. The host later advised that the system could have been turned on, however no instructions were provided and it was not clear how to operate it. This was particularly disappointing as it was my daughter’s birthday, and after a long day we were really expecting a warm shower. For a one-night stay, there was no opportunity to resolve the issue, which significantly impacted our experience. We would have expected basic amenities like hot water and heating to be readily available without needing to troubleshoot systems ourselves, particularly when no guidance was provided and attempts to contact the host went unanswered.

Très bon séjour, très belle découverte de Londres ! Positive: L'appartement était très bien situé et très agréable. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Negative: Il serait appréciable d'ajouter des informations concernant l'utilisation de la chaudière ainsi que sur la gestion des déchets.
