Negative: hot water didnt work for shower at all, even i asked repair but nobody come

Experiencia lamentable Positive: Apartamento grande con cocina completa y buena decoración. Negative: Fue decepcionante.El edificio está en malas condiciones desde el parqueo hasta la propia puerta de entrada al apartamento y sucio. El baño daba pena y ni siquiera un rollo de papel higiénico había. No teníamos agua caliente y el propietario no solucionó el problema. Faltaban bombillas en las lámparas de los dormitorios y en el corredor. El WiFi no funcionaba. Teníamos un wifi router móvil pero apagado y sin indicaciones de como usarlo.

For the money it could improve a bit. Positive: Breakfast was not included but it would have been better if the tea and coffee things were there as compliments Negative: The shower taps were not regulating water proper, either extremely hot or cold, and no stopper for the bath so impossible to enjoy our shower or bathing

Negative: Unacceptable Conditions – Forced to Leave Late at Night Before a Family Wedding We booked this property for a short stay while attending a family wedding nearby, expecting a clean and comfortable place. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. When we arrived in the afternoon, we were immediately concerned by the condition of the flat. The property had clearly not been cleaned properly, there were visible stains on the bed sheets, mold in the bathroom, one of the bathrooms was completely unusable due to a broken light and the sofa bed was broken. We also discovered someone else’s used underwear left on the floor, which was completely unacceptable. We contacted the host right away. While they acknowledged the issues, no resolution was offered in time. As a result, we were forced to leave the property and secure last-minute emergency accommodation, something we didn’t manage to do until almost midnight. This was especially difficult as we had to be up at 6:00am the next morning for the wedding ceremony. What should have been a joyful and meaningful day for our family was made unnecessarily stressful and exhausting because of the condition of this accommodation and the lack of proper support. We’ve submitted a full complaint to Booking.com with all supporting evidence and are still waiting for a proper resolution. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property. It was misrepresented online and failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety.
