Negative: The worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking. From the very beginning, everything went wrong — incorrect instructions about the key location, confusion just to enter the apartment. And once inside, we discovered that the apartment looked nothing like the photos in the listing. The standard was much lower. The apartment was dirty, neglected, with a broken toilet, broken shower, and worn-out mattresses that were impossible to sleep on. For two days, the heating did not work, and the inside of the apartment was extremely cold. When we reported the issues, the owner only suggested that we leave, offering a refund for one night — no help, no alternative, no solution. We were left completely on our own. I have photos and videos showing the real condition of the apartment. This place has nothing to do with what is shown in the listing photos. I strongly advise everyone to stay away — a waste of money and nerves.

Positive: There was nothing I liked actually Negative: As soon as you walk in the door to go in the lift to the apartment the smell of the place is absolutely disgusting Went into the apartment toilet seat broke blood all over bed covers the smell of the apartment stains on blankets and throws over the bed kitchen splashes up the walls , dirty marks all over the walls , kitchen table looked like it was cleaned with a dirty cloth mats on floor dirty , I messaged on what's app about it I have the screen shots and lots of photos , I was meant to stay Thursday to Sunday I had to leave and book another apartment , I travel alot and have never seen an apartment in the state this was in the owner also likes to try and blame others Do not book this apartment unless you want to stay in a horrible place like this

Positive: The living bed are quite nice after a long day especially with the really soft pillows Negative: The freezer was frozen over so couldn't be used
