Modern 2-Bedroom Flat Near Heathrow

Positive: Location near to M4 and M25. Negative: TV but no WiFi.

Stayed here for many weeks and it has mostly been ok but this week was bad Positive: Easy to find, comfortable enough, en-suite shower was a big bonus Negative: My van got robbed in the underground car park. Electrical problems. Messaged the WhatsApp and no reply. Good job I had cereal with me as I couldn’t cook. Really needed a hot shower after work but couldn’t.

Positive: I bought my own food , it was not included in the package Negative: the fridge was not walking, no vacuum cleaner, no air conditioner, no fan, dish soap. no windows but only doors.

Uncomfortable and misrepresented. Apartment filthy and poorly maintain. Wouldn't stay there again. Positive: The property has parking available Negative: The home was shockingly filthy. Carpet was filthy the whole place smelt like smoke. Multiple furniture items broken and not fixed after reported. Very disappointing as i was travelling with a baby. Some harzards that made us very uncomfortable with a baby. I requested a cot which was not there on arrival and they didn't communicate prior to arrival. Spent the first few hours looking for a cot. Shower head in the centre on the bath too low for a proper shower and the bath didn't have a plug even after multiple requests for a plug. Very inflexible with check in and check outs. We had the housekeeping lady rudely demand we get out as we where about to leave. Very disappointing.

Positive: Da relação qualidade preço. A funcionária foi sempre muito prestável e simpática. Negative: Um dos apartamentos tinha uma cama partida e outro a fechadura estragada.A fechadura foi prontamente arranjada, mas a cama não. Outra situação é que foi alugado um apartamento com 3 quartos, quando depois viemos a saber que não existe essa tipologia.
