Bright 2-Bed Apartment Near Heathrow Free Parking

Expect the BARE minimum or less Positive: Location was very good. We were visiting family in West Drayton.. so close enough for us. Parking was a great added feature. Propertt has potential if the host made an effort into taking care of it. Was prompt with communication via whatsapp. Negative: No plug in bath so could not bath our 2 year old son. Shower was very poor. Unfortunately not enough cutlery only 2 forks available despite the accommodation allowing up to 5 people.. Only 4 plates available as well. The ironing board was missing a leg so could not be used. Literally 4 pillows provided meaning one pillow per person ONLY! I would say... the pictures do not actually represnt the property properly. Its very dilapitated. Bathroom was a mess as in paint splatters all over floor. Panel of bath missing. Shower was very low. The foyer was old/dirty. Lift damaged. Carpets were sticky to walk on. Always had to wear shoes/slippers. Noisy to have windows open. And the one window in one bedroom was jammed shut. No Internet when arrived the cleaner did come and resolve it by bringing the box from next doors property, in which had no USB charger we had to use our own in order to charge the box The storage room had things literally dumped inside, like thrown in. My dad actually picked up the items and cleared it up. No frying pan for cooking or proper untensils. No tin opener either. Cost us more to stay there needing all these extra items. Holes in the wall of our bedroom and living room/kitchen. It did the job I guess for the price.. but we could have booked a travelodge at the same price which would have been cleaner and more comfortable. Needed clearer instructions especially from car park to apartment as we arrived early hours was told building A but we were in building B actually. Lugging our small child asleep and luggage around at 0200... looking for our apartment.

Dont... Just dont! Positive: At jeg havde tag over hovedet. Negative: Der manglede bestik, En pande, der var beskidt og stort set alt i lejligheden var af utrolig ringe kvalitet. Billederne på Booking.com modsvarer ikke sådan som det ser ud. Vi skrev til udlejer, som kom med dårlige undskyldninger. Det kan simpelthen ikke være rigtigt der ikke er krav til kvaliteten, dvs. At der er bestik og service nok. Vi bestilte til 5 personer, der var kun tallerkner til 4, samme med senge, for "sovesofaen" eller hvad vi nu skal kalde den, var ubrugelig og ekstremt bulet at ligge i, man havde fået smadret ryggen hvis man skulle sove i den. Bestik, Tja, 4 teskeer, 2 gafler, 8 knive og 2 skeer, det var hvad der var, udlejer undskyldte det med at folk stjæler. Det har jeg på skrift, wtf? Desuden kun 2 glas.. forskellige, og 4 vinglas. Wifi var der intet af trods vi har fået en kode til noget der ikke var til stede og tv kanaler på fjernsynet var der ligeledes ingen af. Så her var det også ubrugeligt. Vi havde ikke forventet et 5 stjernet hotel, men dog alligevel bar en smule bedre stand. I badeværelset var der myrer, også i soveværelset, sengen var en af dagene pludselig fyldt med dem, der var kun 2 dyner, som dog var dobbeltdyner, men igen.. Find et hotel i stedet for.. Det er min klare anbefaling. Alt er smadret i denne lejlighed. Det er simpelthen for uhumsk. Iøvrigt bliver ens nattesøvn forstyrret hele tiden, fordi det ligger lige ud til en yderst trafikeret vej, hvor folk uden lydpotte drøner forbi. Korrekt gættet; jeg bestiller aldrig lejlighed igen, jeg burde mindst få halvdelen af pengene retur.

Positive: The apartment was OK, and also at a good location. Negative: The toilet needs to renovated.

Very painful, Horrible, Depressing and a scam towards parking Positive: Nothing Negative: Bad odour when i enter in property Very very Bad sickness like odour in vaccum/hoover Broken side table Drawers Broken wardrobes Broken and fungal vinyl in kitchen Broken iron stand Uncomfortable sofa Uncomfortable bed mattresses Storrage room Full of clutter Broken bedroom wall behind the door Plus all the way during our stay host gave us very hard time, forcing through her cleaner to do pestcontrol as property is infested with ants which i refused to do pest control during our stay as one of my child is special need autistic which cannot bear any chemical smell as it triggers her behaviour, so we have to bear all ants and insects through out our stay. On the top of it host send me bunch of PCN penelty charge notices against my rental vehicle and rental vehicle owner is after me, sending me messages and calling me through out my stay that bring my car back as he dont want to give the car because of he is recieving a bunch of parking charge notices. Which i already sent it to booking.com email as requested. Host also had a unauthorized entry in the property to fix the drawer without my permission as we were away and he attempt to property and fix the drawer without my consent and notifying us. Short stay Positive: The location was really good, close to bus stops, close to food and the rest of the residents were quiet the area was quiet and felt safe to walk in at night. Negative: Nothing
