Expect to spend your own money on items that should already be in the flat. Fend for yourself!
Positive: Location-close to Heathrow. Shops in walking distance. Access to Netflix, Prime.
Negative: During summer, no fans provided so had to rely on opening windows. This made it hard to sleep due to so much noise from traffic. Additionally, this made many flies come into the flat which led to a maggot infestation that we woke up to in the middle of the night. They were crawling all over the flat. Host left no additional rubbish bin bags for a nine-night stay, bar the one in the bin. Luckily this happened during the night before we left.
One set of towels and no washing up soap to launder the towels. Rotting walls and smell in bathroom from persistent damp. No soap in bathroom for washing hands. There was a dispenser, but it was empty. No racks to hang clothing as seen in property photos. Washing up liquid with no sponge. Only sponge was the one actually used for cleaning, so I wasn't going to wash dishes with that. Only one of four hobs worked. If you turned any other hobs or cooker on, the power would go out in the flat. So we had to access the electrical panel to turn the power back on. Water temperature in shower would fluctuate every few seconds between hot and cold. I could go on, but I'm sure this gives future travelers an idea. Overall, it was just disappointing.
FYI, this is in reference to Building B, Unit 29. When I would reach out to the owner, he'd say he'd try to get us these items or that they were on back order. I just gave up after a few days. If the owner couldn't even provide soap or any other toiletries, as promised, I doubted he'd come fix the electrical issue so that we would have access to the stovetop and oven, also as promised. Clothes rack? You will see in the photos below where the clothes rack was, which is also where the electrical panel is. I guess the owner also thought we should assemble and set up the clothes rack as well?
Finally, on a funny note... There were lamps I kept trying to use in the bedroom. That was until I realized they were just decorative. There were no bulbs in either of them.

Absolut preiswert, gut ausgestattet und es gibt gute Anbindungen nach London
Positive: Sehr schön ausgestattetes Apartment mit Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Abstellraum und einer Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Garage direkt unter dem Wohnhaus. Nicht wundern, es ist nirgends am Haus ausgeschrieben, dass sich dort die Unterkunft befindet und auch nicht dass die Parkplätze dazugehören. Also einfach in die Garage unter dem Wohnblock fahren und einen beliebigen Parkplatz wählen. Man bekommt einen Code für eine Box am Eingangsbereich zum Wohnhaus worin sich der Schlüssel für das Apartment befindet. Der Chip für den Haupteingang hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert, man kommt aber über die Garage mit dem Aufzug ins Wohnhaus (wir waren in Block B).
Es gibt gute Anbindungen nach London (mit dem Bus 703 von der Haltestelle „Crown Close“ zum „Heathrow Airport Terminal 5“ und von dort mit der Elizabeth Line nach London). Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle sind gleich in der Nähe.
Negative: Im Badezimmer gab es leider etwas Schimmel und die Toilette war nicht ganz fest am Boden verankert wodurch sie ziemlich gewackelt hat.
