Modern 1-Bed Apt Near Heathrow with Free Parking

It was sufficient for our stay. A little bit more effort by landlord would have been appreciated. Positive: There is great parking. It's a good location for transport links and close to main roads. The apartment was surprisingly quiet while it was close to a busy main road. And neighbours also quiet. TV service in the lounge were good. There was good communication about some planned works in the block, but ultimately did not effect us. Negative: Unfortunately there were a number of issues we had to contend with: - The bathroom had not been properly cleaned (toilet), and the toilet flush was not sufficiently strong (issues reported to landlord). - The mattress was old (sinking in the middle) and seriously lacked comfort resulting in back ache. - The microwave was defective, and the pots and pans needed to be replaced (so we had to buy our own!) (issues reported to landlord). - Sofa bed in the lounge was damaged - WiFi wasn't available so had to contact landlord for a different connection that was quite weak. - TV service in the bedroom was lacking because there was no controller for it and it didn't appear to be connected anyway. The landlord responded to the reported issues, but nothing further to attempt to fix or remediate them. For the price we paid it met met expectations, except for the unclean toilet and defective kitchen facilities.

Great apartment Positive: What a nice stay! Practically new apartment, modern, clean, spacious and very well located, has all amenities that you may need! Negative: Everything was wonderful, except I couldn't find the TV remote in the room and the microwave wasn't working, but apart from that everything was perfect!
