Negative: Avoid this place at all costs, the place has been neglected by the owner: the carpet is very dirty, the chairs are broken, the sofa is horrible uncomfortable-broken one side, the curtains are ripped off, the toilet is broken, the shower head the same, the coat rail on the bedroom is broken, the external living room door doesn't close properly, no minimum essentials- like suggested in the pics, I felt humiliated the way the apartment looked in the pics VS reality. This place is a rip off
