2-Bedroom Escape with Parking & Heathrow Access

Decent value for money. Positive: It's a fare price for the money we payed. We had space, it has two bathrooms and parking. Negative: The rug was very dirty, smelled bad, full of big black stains everywhere, walking around only with socks we were forced to throw them away. Covering the largest stainns with a carpet made no difference at all, some small carpets that coverd the stains were also dirty, we cleaned them ourselves via the washing machine. A weird smell, all over the place, a bit unconvenient when you are traveling with a todler. The hover didn't pull as expected when trying to use it. There is no wardrobe in the flat, there is a hanger support where to place your coat, which was a poor qouality. We had a long stay there, 1 month, the kitchen is not fully equiped for long stays, we had to buy cutleries, pans, cups and so on in orther to use it. The flat had pans but you can't use them, the serface was all scratched, and there were a few cutleries and cups, not enough for a family. The power went out a few times when i was cooking. I brought it to their attention, but their response was delayed by 7 days to which they just said a simple "ok". Communication was very poor. The apartment is nice, but needs a few changes to have a pleasent stay. The location is also great. We would love to choose them again in the near future, but it must to be done urgently some changes.

Lovely apartment but infested with ants Positive: I liked that there was parking included. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen was a good size. Nice and quiet area, very handy to get to mini shops. Negative: There were ants in the bathroom and some on the bed as well as in the kitchen. The explanation of how to get the keys and which building it was, was not very helpful so I had to call someone to help me. The lift seemed quite unstable as one of the metal parts in the top corner was coming off, causing it to rattle very loudly as the lift was moving. And corridors were dirty on the walls and some of the floors as well.

Not recommended Positive: Only positive was convenient to our stay and move around Negative: Really bad experience From start things not going well it was difficult to locate the key box. The lock on main door was broken wasn’t fixed properly. Inside smelly house Old carpets I won’t recommend or stay in future at this flat
