Poor experience - dont book it! Negative: The photos do not reflect reality. The building, apartment and its furniture are old and poorly maintained. The carpet had small bugs. To access the apartment there are two very narrow, rundown staircases, which are dangerous if you are traveling with suitcases or strollers. The entrance was very dirty (pictures) We could not use the living room table for breakfast or dinner (we traveled with two small children) because one leg was broken. When we arrived, the table was leaning against the wall. We contacted the agency via Booking, but after wasting time exchanging messages (5 emails), no one came to fix or solve any of the problems because they claimed they could not reach maintenance (I seriously doubt there is any maintenance service for this apartment). Only one of the beds had proper bed sheets. The main bed and one single bed only had a duvet cover, which is not hygienic at all. Additionally, we were left with only one roll of toilet paper for four people for seven days. The towels were not properly washed, which is not acceptable for a touristic apartment. There were heavy works in the first floor and no one prevent us.
