Beautiful Modern 2 Bed in Maida Vale

Fine, but disappointing lack of response when something needed attention Positive: The location was good, close to shops and public transport options Negative: We were staying for the weekend, Friday evening to Sunday morning and the bulb went in the windowless bathroom Friday evening, I messaged the number on the booking site and on the AI generated guest information sheets in the apartment but no response - it wasn't a standard fitting so I couldn't have easily bought and changed the bulb myself. The lock on the front door was rickety and it was hard to open the door, there were bed sheets and towels drying in the apartment, including the sheet for the sofa bed which was still wet and not usable.

Estancia Agradable con todo lo necesario Positive: Buenas ubicación cerca a la estación de metro Queen's Park y poco más de 10 min de Westbourne Park, muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Zona tranquila y sin mucho ruido pero cercana a todo lo necesario. Nos atendieron a todas las peticiones con amabilidad y disponibilidad. Negative: Para mi los colchones podrían ser más cómodos si fueran más firmes.

Not Maida Vale Positive: Nice place, clean and roomy Overall a good stay with a few hic ups Negative: Not in Maida Vale more East Kilburn. We were visiting people in Maida Vale and needed a 15min taxi journey, altough it did have good links to London via Queens Park tube station. Maybe think of renaming the area to avoid confusion. Boiler in the room where the kids stayed was not ideal.

Good value for money if you can take discomfort Positive: Easy to reach the buses and the tube. Small supermarkets are nearby. Kitchen is quite good equipped. Good value for money.. The communication with the landlord was going very well and quick. Negative: We don't suggest for 4 person ( 2 adults + 2 teenagers) at all. The beds were unconfortable for us. In the bigger bedroom the bed was not bigger than 140 cm and the mattress was not suitable for the weight of 2 adults. In the smaller bedroom the bed is not bigger than 120 cm, be aware that not suitable for even 2 teenagers as well. My son slept on the couch in the livingroom, the worst couch we have ever seen. It is on the groundfloor, no automatic heating unless you contact to the landlord. On the first floor there was renovation, very dissapointing to wake up always at 8.30h when they have started to work. It was nowhere written that there will be renovation above us!
